Sr. Analyst, CVS


This is a Full-time position in Franklin, WV posted May 2, 2021.

Develop the channel/customer and category/brand strategies leveraging consumer, category, and shopper insights to drive growth of the Revlon and Almay brands at CVS.

Lead insight engagement between customer, sales team, and HQ resources.

Lead the story-telling efforts for the assigned brands by leveraging consumer, category and shopper insights Develop and present category growth opportunities to the assigned customer Make distribution, pricing, and promotional recommendations Analyze competitive activity and develop recommendations to combat sales challenges Act as a trusted advisor to the Category Leadership team at the assigned customer Monitor marketplace trends and develop recommended strategies to address Analyze business performance, assist in ROI analysis, and provide recommendations on plan improvement opportunities Leverage assigned customer’s loyalty data to differentiate the Revlon and Almay brands from competition
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in related feild 8+ years of progressive experience in Beauty Care/CPG/Retail
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical and storytelling skills Expert in Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen) and subsidiary tools within these data portfolios Experience in CVS ExtraCare data or “like” systems Experience in managing business at CVS and/or Beauty Care a plus
