This is a Contract position in Grant Town, WV posted September 20, 2021.

Alluvion is hiring for Healthcare Processors located in Clearwater, FL.

These are direct hire opportunities with a large and growing Medicaid organization that provides growth and stability.

Starting pay $17 per hour, non-exempt There is a bonus plan after 90 days average $3 extra per hour up to over $6 per hour.

All processor positions are on site at our clearwater office Monday
– Friday, 40 hours per week, FT These roles do sit on-site.

The Processors must maintain absolute accuracy, possess the ability to exercise flexibility, initiative , discretion in handling confidential materials and matters and have a high sense of urgency to work under timelines set forth by the Medicaid agency (agency differ in each state).

Processors are responsible for all necessary action required for recertification approval; this includes daily file management and coordinating with relevant sources until successful resolution.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED.

Essential Skills required to do this job Must be able to multi-task; highly organized, have a keen sense of urgency to complete files accurately and timely, ability to manage a high volume of client files.

Strong customer service skills via phone and e-mail; ability to listen and understand client needs throughout the application process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to obtain necessary documentation needed for the application approval.

Ability to analyze and interpret policies and procedures, define problems, research solutions and complete task.

Strong typing and computer skills (minimum of 50 wpm; proven proficiency in Microsoft Office).

Essential Knowledge required to do this job One-year prior experience in Medicaid processing or ability to accurately learn the Medicaid application rules and processes.

Proven understanding of ICP Medicaid qualifying regulations and the approval process.

Responsible for intake, document review, filing and processing of the Medicaid applications.

Proven ability to appropriately use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Prior experience in Electronic Management Software is a plus.
