Customer Service Representative

This is a Contract position in Oak Hill, WV posted September 20, 2021.

Alluvion is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is a direct hire opportunity paying $34,580-$38,220/year.

Position Summary: Reports to Director of Logistics.

Ensure the accurate processing of promotional customer orders while maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction.

This includes but not limited to; set-up, pricing, issue resolution, reporting and maintenance of accounts.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via email, telephone, fax, and/or mail to take and process orders, provide information on order status, lead time, product availability, pricing, retail sources of supply, repairs, and billing.

Resolve concerns/questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Confirm customer is an ASI member and ensure all information is received (i.e., credit application, reseller & tax certificate, and customer’s order) before setting up new Promotional Products accounts.

Act as liaison between Creative Services and Production ensuring all pertinent data is provided regarding customer nuances to accurately produce artwork.

Communicate deviations to customer order related to artwork sizing and font changes when necessary to ensure artwork is legible on pen.

Process work orders using appropriate EQP pricing.

Periodically prepare reports regarding new orders and call tags when necessary.

Verify inventory quantities prior to approving order.

Communicate with Purchasing when inventory may be depleted due to large orders.

Administer ASI show orders for Sales Team based on dates and product needed.

Prior to shows coordinate the delivery of displays and product within specified timeline.

Maintain Customer Master File and Customer Profile Maintenance for updating.

Maintain files, cataloging procedure and communicate changes in status for accounts.

Education and Experience Requirements: Associates degree plus up to three years related experience in customer service.

Experience with promotional products a plus.

Skills Required: Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills.

Must have a command of the English language.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Articulate and pleasant phone manner.

Must be PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.

– 3:30 pm
